Greenwich means a lot to Janie Galbreath.
A resident for 27 years, she and husband Michael raised their two daughters here. Janie’s interest in the town spurred her involvement in the Green Fingers Garden Club and its annual Preview of Spring flower show. With the Garden Club, she worked with the town to renovate the town’s municipal ferry-boat landing.
Another way Janie contributes to the town’s growth is with Greenwich Fine Properties.
“I enjoy working with young families looking for their first home in Greenwich, whether it be a million-dollar home or a five-million-dollar home,” she says. “There’s something so exciting about helping a family get settled in Greenwich.”
For over a decade, Janie has prided herself on her professionalism, her problem-solving abilities, and her honesty.
Other civic activities Janie has been involved with include being a member of the advisory board of the Greenwich American Red Cross and past president of the Bruce Museum Board of Directors.
Janie has a bachelor’s degree in theater and education from the Colorado Women’s College. She enjoys golf, needlepoint, singing, and yoga, as well as reading and travel.
