Years of real-estate business savvy are the foundation of the work performed by Joseph L. Williams, III at Greenwich Fine Properties.
Joe worked for 30 years in commercial real-estate investment banking, financing and selling over $5 billion in hotel, office, and residential properties. Now he applies those commercial finance principals to his residential real estate practice, ensuring his clients a consistent high level of service with a focus on developing a strong and sensitive long-term relationship.
“Although property values differ, the stakes are higher in residential real estate,” Joe says. “In addition to investing in value, it’s also about helping people choose the right home for themselves and their families.”
A Greenwich resident for over 40 years, Joe is married to Kirby and has three children; a son, Dan, and daughters Cary and Emma. He holds a degree from Bucknell University in mechanical engineering, and an MBA in finance from Columbia University.
In his spare time, Joe enjoys boating, skiing, golf, tennis, hiking, and motorcycling. He also coaches children’s sports and is a member of clubs in and outside of Greenwich.
