Buying real estate is first and foremost an investment. Tyler Tinsworth has spent her life negotiating the worlds of investment and realty, with her background in Wall Street and a real estate investment/development company. For over 30 years, she put that synthesis of knowledge into practice as a realtor.
As owner of an independent design firm, Tyler Tinsworth Ltd., Tyler understands the complexities of construction and renovation. Her projects have ranged from the renovation of a farmhouse on the Italian Riviera to the complete reconstruction of multi-million dollar estates in the U.S.. She can easily assess the possibilities inherent in every property.
Tyler is active with Pegasus Therapeutic Riding and serves on the capital campaign committee for Mt. Sinai Adolescent Health Center in New York City. Her entry for the World Trade Center Memorial competition is exhibited in that virtual museum.
She enjoys skiing and sailing and has traveled widely to indulge in both. An honors graduate of Manhattanville College, she has raised eight children.
