Miha Zajec brings to Greenwich Fine Properties a keen understanding of Greenwich real estate and new construction. Miha has represented clients throughout the town of Greenwich since 2003.
Born in Slovenia, Miha grew up in Greenwich and was educated in local schools. Before entering the real estate market, he worked in corporate finance and capital markets with Chase Manhattan Bank and J.P. Morgan Chase. He also has experience with single-family construction and the construction-supply industry.
Miha says: “I take great pride in my clients’ positive feedback when it comes to providing perspective and detail throughout the orientation, selection, negotiation, and closing processes, as well as throughout the positioning, marketing, and development of pricing strategy.”
Miha has degrees in Economics and French Literature and Civilization from Middlebury College and an MBA from Clemson University. He has lived in France, Italy and Slovenia and is fluent in four languages: Slovene, French, and Italian as well as English.
