A 16-year Greenwich resident, Tory Thorman arrived in the local realty market after honing her talents for advocacy and negotiation as a longtime Wall Street attorney in New York and London.
“The sense of professionalism and work ethic my former legal career instilled in me, along with the ability to listen to the client and negotiate effectively on their behalf, are skills that have benefited me enormously in my real estate career,” says Tory.
Tory also worked as corporate projects manager at Greenwich’s Bruce Museum, raising charitable donations from corporations and foundations. Her husband, Buzz, has worked at Morgan Stanley for over 20 years. They have two children.
Tory and her family have lived in Greenwich, Riverside and Old Greenwich. Prior to moving to Greenwich, they lived in New York and London. Tory is a graduate of Princeton University and the Fordham University School of Law and a former member of the New York State Bar Association.
