Newly-constructed houses are the fastest-growing and richest-drawing sector in the Greenwich real estate market today. One realtor who knows all about that is Elizabeth Koldyke-Boolbol.
In addition to her work with Greenwich Fine Properties, Elizabeth is also president of Pinecroft Development, builder of newly-constructed high-end houses in Greenwich. In just three and a half years, Elizabeth has overseen the development of $24 million in high-end real estate.
“My philosophy is to build only the highest quality product while maintaining a design standard that adheres to that of the surrounding community,” Elizabeth says.
New construction is what many want in a Greenwich home. Elizabeth knows what constitutes real value, not just splashy surface appeal.
A graduate of Dartmouth with an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Business, Elizabeth is also on the board of Timber River Properties, a commercial real estate company, and active with the Greenwich chapter of the American Red Cross. Married to Robert, a local physician, she is the mother of four.
