When Bonnie Caie is not helping a client buy or sell a Greenwich home, she often can be found horseback riding; a passion since she grew up in the community.
It is a passion that has found its way into Bonnie's work. One of her specialties is marketing properties where horses can be stabled, or which are on or near the town's extensive network of 150+/- miles of bridle paths.
In addition to "horse properties," Bonnie specializes in antique and vintage homes. Her love of the Greenwich landscape and of early architecture came together with her work in helping preserve the horseback-riding establishment Quaker Ridge Farm. "Preserving the architectural topography of Greenwich is particularly important to those of us who have lived here all our lives," she says.
A resident of the Greenwich backcountry with more than 20 years of real estate experience, Bonnie has found homes for such clients as the CEOs of International Paper and Pepsi. Bonnie and her husband Bob have raised two children in Greenwich, and are very involved serving in the life of Stanwich Congregational Church.
