Sharon Kinney loves the many facets of real estate work in Greenwich: luxury homes, waterfront homes, new construction, fixer-uppers, condominiums and working with developers. "Each client and each transaction requires a different skill set and focus," she says.
Sharon has lived in Greenwich for nearly twenty years, working in real estate for half that time. Before that, her sales expertise was honed in the world of marketing with Pepsi-Cola.
"I have always been very detail-oriented and data-driven, and committed to working for the best interests of my client," Sharon says. "Client relationships are very important to me, and I find at Greenwich Fine Properties they continue in the form of exchanging advice, contacts, and information years after a sale takes place."
Sharon graduated from Bates College and has an MBA in marketing from Yale. She has been active in the community as a parent volunteer at local schools. Married to Frank, she has a son and two daughters.
