Whether planning the sales of high-end, newly-constructed homes in Greenwich or consulting on a 350-unit apartment complex in upstate Connecticut, Josiane Collazo has made her mark in real estate for nearly 20 years. Her commitment to her clients drives her success.
“If they’re happy with their decisions, that makes me happy,” she says. “Their success is my success. With my sellers, I want them to understand that I will do whatever it takes to get their homes sold. If they succeed, I succeed.”
Before her career in real estate, Josiane worked in television and print advertising. During her college years, she studied art history in Paris and Italy.
Josiane is an active member of the Greenwich Chamber of Commerce, and was a former PTA president. She has worked on fundraisers for Citi Year, an organization associated with the American Red Cross.
An avid skier and accomplished cook, Josiane regularly takes part in the Aspen Food and Wine Festival in Colorado. She has three sons.
